Measuring progress
Based on the methodology of the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA), Ackermans & van Haaren has identified 4 Material Topics:
- Responsible shareholder
- Talent management
- Climate change
- Energy transition
For each material topic, we have defined a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This table indicates the goal that we have set ourselves for each KPI, and also shows our performance against these KPIs in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
