The core participations of AvH have extended their strong momentum of the first half of 2025 well into the third quarter. AvH can therefore confirm that it is well on track to achieve a net profit for 2025 that will be at least 15% higher than the previous year.

Ackermans & van Haaren realised a net profit of 460 million euros over the full year 2024. At an economic level, the AvH group represented in 2024 a turnover of 7.6 billion euros and employed 23,384 people through its share in the participations.
AvH is listed on Euronext Brussels and is included in the BEL20 index, the BEL ESG index and the European DJ Stoxx 600 index.
General meeting 2020
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the governmental measures taken to combat and restrict the pandemic, Ackermans & van Haaren is obliged to hold the annual meeting of May 25, 2020 behind closed doors. The shareholders are invited to watch the streaming of the general meeting.
